my satalite internet does'nt work on my new computer i built!

my satellite internet doesn't work on my new computer i built it will work but it only runs at 0.60 mbps and my other computer runs at 12.12mbps how can i fix this i called the service provider and they checked it and said it was my computer plese help. my internet provider is exede satellite internet so if anyone can help plz do
