Windows Vista Updates will not install - 37 Updates Pending

I have 37 updates that continue to fail. (Error Code 80096001) They will not install one at a time or as the group. My computer is becoming slower and having difficulties communicating with my printer (print spooler errors). Don’t know what to do. Is there help for this. David

Sorry for the delay. Do you still need help?

If so, please click >> HERE << and click on the Posted Image

button found in the Microsoft Fixit box. That will reset the Windows Updates components.

Try the updates again.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, next try >> THIS <<.
