Problems with Overheating

My computer has always had issues with overheating and I finally have decided to do something about it after 3 years. If you need anything to assist me with this issue let me know. I just want to know your suggestions to fix this overheating issue. The computer is a HP Pavilion dv5. Thanks for your help!
