Hello,

Yesterday morning I woke up and my phone had restarted itself.

The phone doesn't recognize most of the installed programs (except two that are installed on SD card). Pictures, videos and screenshots are still visible and can be viewed at the gallery. I had not dropped the phone previous to this problem or downloaded any new software. The phone is not rooted

I haven't found any solutions to this problem from Google so I hope you can help me out.

Here is a few screenshots on how the phone looks:

Main screen, used to be full of shortcuts
Another home screen, showing "missing" apps and two apps that are on the SD card
Apps, missing the Google Play store for example
More apps
Downloaded apps
Apps instelled on SD card

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance
-Matti

Is there a chance that your phone is no longer signed into your Google account? This might explain why all your apps are missing.
