Is it GTG saying that the file is too large or something else.

Everywhere I try to copy this on says it cannot copy for file is too large to upload. I won't let me paste it on my email, my documents, or on here. I know that it is copied for I have it on the desktop. Just trying to get it on here or anywhere else seems very hard to do. I even tried the copy and past in the paint but it would not go there either. I was just going to try that again to see if I am doing something wrong there.

Unfortunately the file has been saved in the ARN format which is not helpful.

Lets see if clearing out your Download Attachments allows you to upload your AutoRuns directly, "how to" click on the My Settings tab on the toolbar at the top of this page, in the new page that opens look in the panel to the left and you will see Manage Attachments, click on this, when the new page opens you will see any uploaded items and check boxes beside them, click the very top one and then delete which is at the bottom right of the page, once done try uploading the AutoRuns again, it should be no problem as it is only 1.4mb.

All right I can not find a My Settings tab on the toolbar. Are you talking about tools placed where the File, Edit, View, etc are at? I have Firefox now for Time Warner put me on it. I just don't see any other toolbar. If I remember correctly this is where my daughter took over to get the AutoRuns uploaded. And she did it wrong. right? So, I shall work on this and see if I can do what you are asking me to do.

Unfortunately the files at the link are for running the actual AutoRuns software, please see the attachments below for clearing out attachments which will then hopefully allow you to attach your actual AutoRuns data;

Please refer to my reply #53;
Have you followed the steps that I have provided there and then tried to attach the autoruns.

I believe the problem is with Autoruns and not with the way I am doing this for I did just what you said to do. I have done it so many times. When it asks me do I want to run this I click yes then a black window runs and just disappears. I go to find it and it is nowhere. I have taken Autoruns off and started all over. That has not helped at all. So sorry about this. I just have no idea why this is not working for I have followed your directions and still it does not work.

I see that I am not the only one to have problems with this. I was getting worried. I went to a couple of pages and this is what I got
Posted Image We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available. See search results below
I have tried it again and the same thing happens. I am so glad that I don't get upset easily. I shall work on this later for I have to get supper around. Maybe I just can't understand what they are saying to me and that is why it is always wrong. Even my very smart daughter had trouble doing this. She never has time to work on it with me but she will try it herself. It did not work for her either. Real sorry about all this. You have better things to be doing than trying to get me to understand what is going on.

No worries and please do not let it stress you, you may wish to leave the computer as it is and simply see if there are any further issues, we are always here so when you feel you no longer require assistance with the recent problems just post back and let us know.
