When I start my computer I get this blue screen that reads:

** STOP: 0x000000A5 (0x00000000000001000A, 0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000)

that's it. no language or dialogue to tell me where the error is occurring. I am stumped. Anyone ever have this problem???

I should say that I restart my computer and try to repair the issue and I get that blue screen with the message above. I try starting it up again and choose start windows normally and it goes through a system reboot and it works. I shut it down normally and when I start the computer I get that blue screen again and have to go through the above steps to get my computer to work. All scans come back clean. I am stumped.

Anything anyone can assist with I would appreciate immensely.
I am running Windows 7

TY

You did not mention the year and model of computer. If this is a older win XP computer that windows 7 was put on you may have a driver problem with the old hardware. This could also be a problem with the memory. Try switching the memory to a different slot. DO NOT try to run a memory diagnostic program if this is a laptop. I bricked a laptop doing that. You can look up some hardware testing programs and run them to see if you have a problem there.
