3CX VOIP Phone gone sideways

I am using a 3CX VOIP Phone - in an out-of-office status with Windows7 since March, 2012. Also on Wi-Fi 100% Works perfectly pretty much. Oct 24 it developed the following issue. Dial the phone number, phone starts to ring, then a blank Web Page Comes up where generally it identifies the phone number being call, my extension number SIP..XXXX and an Error message is generated stating "Unable to determine call status Message: "

Both the provider and myself have checked all input data and the matter is still not resolved.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
