Hi

Im typi this on my ipod which does connect tothe internet however my laptop connects to the router and saya unisentified nerwork and after a whiwle ot just disxinnects from the router. Sorry dor bas spelling ipod!

It may be as simple as just opening your device manager and uninstalling your wireless driver and rebooting.If that does not help then see below.

Can you please tell us the exact make and model of your machine please.

Can you plug the machine directly into the router?If so then please get me the logs below.


Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:


Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)



Click Go and Attach the result.



Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next http://download.sysi...es/Autoruns.zip reply.
