Hey there,

I have a problem with my internet connectivity which is possibly intermittent, i.e. randomly disconnects and reconnects at random times.

Upon calling up the ISP, they had me check the Ethernet, DSL and Internet lights of my modem.
According to them, if the DSL light does not blink and if the Internet light blinks, internet should work.
For my case, the Internet light doesn't blink whenever connection is not available and blinks when available.

They sent a technician over after and he mentioned the same, adding the possible fact that either my modem settings was incorrect or my modem is faulty.

Right now I'm lost on what to do. Hope y'all can help me with this =/

If any, my modem is CISCO Linksys Wireless-N Home ADSL2+ Modem Router WAG120N
