I am a total moron with computer issues so be gentle. A couple of days ago I began having mucho popups. I installed Spybot, Microsoft antispyware, McAFee Virus Scan and Ad Aware. I did my windows update and turned off all popups.
I ran the scans in safe mode too. Now I only get maybe two popups when I first sign on the internet, I can live with that. However my computer is slower than usual. When I first startup and reach my screen with the icons, Rundll Error Loading DOCEOC16bl Specific module not found comes up. The mcAfee comes up with suspicious scriptc:/programfiles/support.com/client/server/server vbs. I stop the script. What do I need to do in as simple language as you can. Thanks.

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
