WinZip scheduling problem

I downloaded the free WinZip registry optimizer software and I like how it works. However, It opens itself and runs the software EVERY time I turn on my computer. I have adjusted the settings to not do this, however, it seems to have a mind of its own. Any suggestions? I only want this software to run when I ask it to...NOT on a regular schedule.
