So I posted another topic in the malware forums about this, but the responses are slow and I believe the issue has risen above just some simple malware. Here's whats going on. Whenever I turn on the computer, I get to the password screen. When I type in my password the computer loads up very slow. Finally once it does load up, there is about a 5 sec window before I see a message pop up that says: Windows Explorer has failed...

Then there a new window pops up saying: Windows Explorer has failed... Attempting to restart

At this point a progress bar appears under the message and nothing happens after that. If I hit ctrl+alt+delete sometimes there is a message saying: Preparing security options.

That message goes away after awhile, and I'm able to get to the task manager. But as soon as I open the task manager it goes into Not responding mode. Once that happens the only way to shut down the computer is to hold the power button or go back into the ctrl+alt+delete menu and shut it down from there (which is what I usually do)

Someone help I really want to get this problem resolved.
