Hey,

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. But I have a MacBook Pro OS X Lion 10.7.5. I had to boot camp with windows as i needed windows for visual studio. But now my windows is acting up. The sounds on youtube or another web-based video or sound file doesnt work. I am unable to access my Mac hard drive from windows. I use to be able to do that.

So I was thinking about setting my windows back to factory settings. But i cant even when i use the Windows 7 CD. it says the key is invalid. I know i have used the key on 2 computers but i dont think i have used it on 3.

I have looked at video tutorials on how to factory restore. but when i go to control panel --> system and security --> Backup and Restore --> recover system settings on your cmputer --> Advanced recovery methods the options are use a system image you created earlier to recover your computer and reinstall windows... and not the one that says restore windows to factory settings. I am really lost and would really be grateful for any advice on how to fix this.

I tried other system restore way, the one through accessories and system tools... but it says it cant restore.
