When did it crash and what were you doing?
What is the complete error message?
Does it happen all the time or only certain web sites or movies?
Did you recently upgrade flash?
Did you try uninstalling then reinstalling it?

It crashes whenever I go on FB to play games , it does it all the time , yes I've recently upgraded flash player and abode player , this only happens when I go on certain websites and FB is one of them.
The error message says plugin shockwave flash isn't responding.
