Windows Vista laptop need to restore to brand new because when I log in it tries to load then freezes but if I put it in safe mode it works I've tried the alt f10 but it brings me to a boot menu with three options but they are like numbers a letters nothing saying restore to factory settings without please help

What is the make and model number of the laptop?

The Users Guide on the manufacturers web site should tell you how to do this.
