Windows Vista laptop need to restore the factory settings.

Windows Vista laptop need to restore to brand new because when I log in it tries to load then freezes but if I put it in safe mode it works I've tried the alt f10 but it brings me to a boot menu with three options but they are like numbers a letters nothing saying restore to factory settings without please help

I'm trying to restore to factory settings without a cd can anyone help me out.

What is the make and model number of the laptop?

The Users Guide on the manufacturers web site should tell you how to do this.
