Re register computer and software

I bought a computer second hand and it is registered in someone elses name. Please can you tell me if I can Re register the computer and software with my name.

Hello nrobe

As you have not mentioned any specific software here is a link to the Microsoft EULA (End User Licence Agreement) which explains MS usage and limitations http://www.microsoft...y.mspx?mfr=true

I would suggest that you check out the EULAs for all software that is on the computer as they all may differ.
