Can you download the drivers manually? It sounds like you may be using a utility that searches your computer for the type of sound card. If you can download the drivers manually, download the drivers and install from your desktop.

Do you have drivers already installed for this sound card, explain what and why you want drivers. Is it a new card?

Ok, so you have the drivers already installed but not the multimedia utility, right? And when you try press the icon for the driver package, it says it doesnt detect the card, right? Have you tryed unistalling the drivers, then reinstall? Try to unistall the driver package with program uninstaller (the one that is in the start menu under creative or in the creative programs files)

it just sayn the only one i need it that one
wen i go to install the drivers first it extracts them then installshield then asks if it ok to proceed with the installation so i press ok then it comes with this error

Setup could not detect any Sound Blaster Audigy on you system.

Please insure that your Sound Blaster hardware is properly installed before running this setup program.

Setup will now exit.
