If I have to pick a genre as a fave then it would be "post-rock"-my fave bands of this are Godspeed You Black Emperor, Mogwai, Explosions In The Sky, Sigur Ros (who I am seeing live for a second time in March). But I also adore Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, Depeche Mode, Loreena McKennitt, Beth Orton, The Mediaeval Baebes who fuse genres

I can't really say I have a favorite genre because I love all genres of music. There are some songs that I don't like but if I was forced to make a decision, I'd have to say 80s new wave.
