i bought this dell laptop computer used. it started popping up this blue screen so i would put it in safe mode but now i cant even do that? dont know allot about computers but want it fixed any help would greatly appreciate it>

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM ONCE, YOU JUST NEED THE RECOVERY DISK, I DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE ORIGINAL DISKS THAT WERE LOADED, BUT I
EVENTUALLY BORROWED A FRIENDS, LOADED IT,AND IT RECOVERED. YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE IT IS THE SAME OPERATING SYSTEM(EX... 2000, XP , 7, ETC...)

so i can just us another windows cd correct since i dont have dell recovery cd
