I have tried to add/remove program, run ad aware, spy bot and nothing works. I continue to get annoying popups. After reading other posts I have run HJT. Here is my log file. I have already fixed files I have seen recommended previously. I could use help. Thanks.

Welcome to GTG docrl <_<

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure. Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

First, Download Registrar Lite from here:
http://www.resplende...oad/reglite.exe

Put it in its own folder. You may want to keep this program. It is an excellent free, registry editor.

Copy and paste the follow text into the address bar, then hit 'Go':
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks

In the pane on the right are the values associated with that key.
We want to remove this one -> {CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_
Notice the underscore at the end, all the others with that need to go as well.

Right click on it, and select delete.
If you get a confirmation question, respond OK then close out the program.

After that, reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\WINNT\localNRD.dll
C:\Docments and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Pribi\ <- Folder
C:\WINNT\System32\bcmwltry.exe
C:\WINNT\System32\RemoveCpl.exe
C:\WINNT\conscorr.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\qpgkrb.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00320615-B6C2-40A6-8F99-F1C52D674FAD} - C:\WINNT\localNRD.dll

Fix the following you don't need, they're using RAM:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime Quicktime Tray Iocn
O4 - Global Startup: WinZip Quick Pick.lnk = C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE Winzip Tray Icon

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. :D
