Reset all the services.. Then ensure that there is a tick in "Hide Microsoft Services "
That way the system will function

Once done the number remaining will be a lot smaller

When you say reset do you mean disable?

No initially enable all services
Then select Hide Microsoft services
The number of visible services will be reduced greatly
Then disable half of the visible services
Reboot and determine if the problem is still present
