HI Gringo,

I've done a system restore but this time I picked a much older restore point then last time. It seems to have resolved the internet problems and so far it is running faster then usual and I havn't seen the doublee-click.net thing yet(fingers crossed).

The only problem still remaining is my desktop items are all still disabled. The programmes themselves work if you open them through the start menu but nothing responds if you click on the desktop short cut and the icon for each one is just an image of a blank peice of paper.

I still have the combofix log. Do you want to see it?

Thanks

Helene

Greetings

I have not heard from you in a couple of days so I am coming by to check on you to see if you are having problems or you just need some more time.

Also to remind you that it is very important that we finish the process completely so as to not get reinfected. I will let you know when we are complete and I will ask to remove our tools
