Blackberry Playbook Tablet Setup?

I have just bought a Playbook and am trouble since I am on dialup I can't get WI-FI at home. I CAN do it at our local library. However, this Blackberry Playbook did NOT include either a setup manual or CD. It's all there on the site in bits and peices which becomes almost impossible to follow and really isn't in a sequence to install properly. I am back to square-one which is the language selection and at English. Does anyone possibly know where one could find a full, proper setup document or manual? Why in the world Blackberry wouldn't provide this on CD or at least in one piece on site so that you download it is beyond me. In a word - HELP PLEASE!
