Computer Freezing Prob.

Today i've expreience something weird on my computer when i'm doing my work the computer just freezes I can't move nothing. This started just today it happended for the first time. If someone can help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I have a Dell Computer INSPIRON 5100.

Hi Crazyducky. Welcome to Geeks to Go. Did you download or install software or make any changes to your system just prior to this trouble appearing? Are these random freezes or do they appear to be only when using a specific program? Have you checked the event viewer for clues as to possible cause? Go to start, my computer, right click manage, and view the event viewer. Look for red x events or yellow ! for possible clues.
