Aurora / IEplugin Trojan.Win32 [CLOSED]

Here is my HijackThis logfile. I have gone through all of the steps this site suggested such as Search & Destroy, Ewido, Ad-Aware, etc. I have had the Aurora thing for a while. I have Ad-Aware's Ad-Watch blocking the constant registry changes but i think a couple sliped through and now I can't get rid of it. I also have some IEplugin trojan called Nail. The same goes for something called Spyware.BetterInternet. Thanks for any advice/help you can give me.
