Whenever I try to print from my Samsung Ultrabook, the keyboard (I've tried both external and internal keyboards) no longer functions once the printing has been completed. When I try to type, it starts performing some sort of shortcut function depending on what I hit. The Cntrl key does not seem stuck. I need to choose switch users and log back in in order to continue working. What can be causing this?
