I had a problem with starting windows security center which seemed to be caused by a malware. I ran combofix and superantispyware and deleted some of the threats and some were quarantined.
Before i did that, i was able to turn on the security center but it was turning off itself again in a few seconds. Of course that prevented me from running any antivirus software. But now after cleaning up, i cannot even turn on the security center. it says:

Error 1079: Windows could not start the Security Center service on Local Computer

So after reading from the forums i changed the "Log on" for background intelligent transfer service and windows management instrumentation to local system along with that of security centers. Now the error changed into:

"Windows could not start the security center service on local computer. error 1083:
the executable program that this service is configured to run in does not
implement the service"

So i am totally lost now and have no idea how to solve it. ü
Is there anyone who experienced such a problem? or someone who can help me?
