Web page looks different in IE and Firefox

This just started today. Yesterday they were the same but today for some reason, Firefox is displaying some Web pages differently than it did before. I have Firefox v 17.0.1.

I am happy to report that today, the legacy.com pages started looking normally again. Maybe my inquiry to them reached the right person. Maybe it wasn't a problem on my end after all. Thanks for all the suggestions, though.
