Error - Memory Could Not be Written

I am experiencing errors where an error box will show up on my screen and say something such as:
The instruction at "0x1449603e" referenced memory at "0x1449603e". The memory could not be "written".

The title on the error box indicates that this happens as a result of various applications, the most common of which I see are:
AcroRD32.exe
svchost.exe

I have attempted to remove any malware by using: SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and McAfee Virusscan. In addition, I have utilized the registry cleaner functionality include in CCleaner.

I attempted to scan my laptop using OTL by OldTimer - Version 3.2.69.0 but the program quit responding (see attached file)once it got to the following operation:
Scanning CDRom Autorun settings...
