Hello,

I recently bought a Lenovo z580 laptop operating on Windows 8 and I experienced my first BSOD and it's constantly happening either when I'm surfing the internet or when it's idle on a website. On the BSOD it says "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" with a "(tcpip.sys). I've been looking on forums everywhere and I've checked my RAM by getting the memory diagnosed through the default program on windows. Everything was good to go on that. I've downloaded BlueScreenView since then and I'm getting red errors on "ntoskrnl.exe" and "tcpip.sys".

Apparently it has to do with my network card from what I've read but I haven't found a solution. I've done the Windows update hoping to have this blue screen resolved but no luck.

Hope to hear some solutions :) thank you!

*I've attached the dump files if it makes it easier on you guys*

If it's under warranty contact Lenovo and make them fix it. You should bot be getting BSODs on a new computer.
