I am creating an audit in word 2007, this will have yes/no answers. What I want is that if a no answer is given a pop up or similar is on the screen with a list of things to check before going back to the audit. Is this even possible? Not even sure what to look for when googling it!!!

Hello there,

What your probably looking for is the Message Box control and its generally called up by macros (VBA code).

Some initial topics are here: Google Searches

Not sure how your audit form is set up, but hopefully you may be able to piece some items together.

Best of luck,

Sincerely,

DM

Pop-up Windows in Word: http://word.tips.net...ws_in_Word.html

Maybe those may help.

If your audit is just a quiz with yes/no answers, I can give you a list of free online Quiz Maker sites. Good luck with project.
