Hi,

I am getting an error when trying to run system information. It tells me that it is unable to collect information because the Windows Management Instrumentation files are missing or may have been moved.

I've checked to see if events manager, RPC and WMI processes are running and they are. I ran a WMIDiagnostic program and it gave me several places where there are issues but I don't know how to fix most of them. I did correct a registry entry but that didn't fix it.

I can attach that log in my response if you want it.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
