CMD doesn't work

Hey

Im using a guest user and I wanted to install some softwares but can't cause there's an admin pass in the way.And when I tried to change the password using CMD it doesn't work.
It says 'system error 5 occured. Access is denied' Please help me

That's what a Guest account is for, to prevent someone from installing software. It's doing what it's meant to do.

You need to talk to the owner of the computer. If you are the owner then use an Administrator account.
