I just tried to restore my PC I am using an Emachines with windows xp. I put in the recovery CD and i selected the restore windows xp option and then the norton ghost thing went as it should so then after that was done the computer restarted and then came to the screen that says Windows is preparing to start... (something like that) and once it gets there it just freezes. it has happened before and it was fixed but I just dont remember what I did. anyone know how to fix that?

Thanks,
Tyler
