I have windows XP Pro, and upgraded to SP2. I am trying to create a batch file so that I can automate xcopy to back up certain directories to my external hard drive.

I tried and tried to create a scheduled task, but kept getting
this error

I tried the workaround which is at the bottom of the page but I still get the same error message! They say that I have to contact Microsoft for the hotfix. If Microsoft has the hotfix available, shouldn't they post the fix on their website?? Does anyone know where I can find the hotfix to my problem??

Thanks :tazz:
