0x80042302 issue, NO system restore, email prob. too.

Started having issues with "OUTLOOK," email about a week ago, then next day or so, did a system reboot, then went to do another reboot, and got the message: Check application event log for more info 0x80042302

I've attempted around life to look for a solution, but have lost the battle. I did upgrade my malawarebytes, but it didn't fix my prob.
