Hi! My Inernet connection is very slow in laptop, while same connection is normal on old PC. I tried everything, reinstalation of Windows, cleaning from viruses and everything. I checked all cables, everything seems to be ok. I just don't get it and no one who I asked can't tell me what problem it is. Now, I tried with starting the Safe Mode with Networking but it can't access Internet, it says: Cannot load the Remote Access Connection Manager Service - Error 711. Then I opened Telephone service but I can't put it to Manual in startup type, because I get: Windows could not start the telephony service on local computer. Error 1084: This service cannot be started in Safe Mode. What should I do? Some people told me that I should start Clean boot and try to troubleshoot problem through it.

That looks a little better.

What happened when you opened elevated comnmand prompt and typed net start dhcp was there an error?

Lets do a couple of things more.

Download the file below.
http://download.wind...f6fa5bcbfee.cab

Save it to your desktop.

Open your device manager scroll down to the network adapters then right click on the Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller LAN Driver after right clicking it select update in the drop down menu that pops up.

Then select browse my computer for software, select the file That I just had you download then hit ok then hit the next button.
After the update is confirmed reboot.

Now you will need to disable ipv6 again.
Also set your dns to google dns or open dns.
http://pcsupport.abo...dns-servers.htm

Now re-open Command prompt and run the commands below.

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

net stop "dns client"

net start "dns client"

net start dhcp

Exit command prompt reboot your machine test the connection also post a new minitoolbox log this time untick list installed programs please. :)

I downloaded that file and saved it on desktop, but when I try to browse for it to update the driver, I just can't select it, in browse menu I can only select folders. So when I select the folder where the file is it just tell me "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date." So I think that it didn't update it... Now, what to do? :)

Ok lets do this.

The file you downloaded open it drag the rt86win7.sys file to the desktop.

Hit the start button type or copy and paste the file path below.
c:\windows\system32\drivers

Find the rt86win7.sys Name it rt86win7.old

Now drag the rt86win7.sys file that I had you download and you just dragged to the desktop, to the c:\windows\system32\drivers folder.
Reboot your machine and test for a while.

Is there any improvement???

I did like you said, I don't see any improvement... Do I need to do stuff in command prompt from your previous post and then to send you test from minitoolbox?

No lets see something you never answered my previous question.

What happened when you opened elevated comnmand prompt and typed net start dhcp was there an error?

So lets see a log that will tell me what I need to know. :)

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.
http://download.blee.../farbar/FSS.exe

Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Download UnknownDeviceIdentifier
http://www.zhangduo....eIdentifier.exe

Run the program allow it to finish then hit file> save > Save the file to desktop. The default file name will be DeviceList Attach Device list in your next reply.

Well lets see what happens if you remove ESET NOD32 Antivirus (Version: 5.2.9.1)
Run App remover.
http://www.appremover.com/

Set your dns to open dns.
http://pcsupport.abo...dns-servers.htm

Reboot.

Post a new minitoolbox log and tell me how things are.

I can't download this application, my antivirus don't allow it somehow... Can I just click uninstall on it? And my speed should be to 2Mbps/256kbps. And it's not nowhere near...
