I am trying to watch an instructional video on a website. When I click the video, I get a window that says install plugin. I click the button to install plugin. I get a window that says "plugins available" and a little checkbox with a check in it next to the words Quicktime plugin available. I click install. I get a message saying install failed with an option to install manually and that takes me to the apple download page for quicktime, which I have already downloaded and installed. I checked my firefox plugins. There is no quicktime plugin there. Help? Anybody? Thank you in advance.

OK, this is bizarre for some reason all of a sudden myplugin is showing up and everything is fine. Go figure? Although someone is helping me clean some garbage off my computer in the malware forum right now so, maybe that had something to do with it. No wonder nobody knew what to do with that. lol.

Quite feasible, once the malware removal process is complete here you may be able to do so. :)
