PROBLEM WITH DESKTOP PROPERTIES [CLOSED]

I'm a new member and I'm from Greece.
I didn't know this forum, i find it while i was googling for her help about a problem.

Today while coming at my job i turned on my PC and i found a number of problems.
First of all SPYBOT-Search asked me 4 times about some strange incomings, where i clicked "Access Denied".

After that i saw in my desktop that there was an icon installed with the name "Virus Gold" (or something like that). I removed it at once, from Control Panel. After a scanning with Symantec Antivirus (nothing found) and the search & destroy that Spybot made, i restart my PC. Icons disappeared, everything looks fine except from my desktop. It's white and on my right click i can't see the properties, a message "NOT AVAILABLE" saws.

Can you help me? :tazz:
