Last night, I installed the driver for a WD MyBook on my Lenovo T420s with Windows 7 and began backing up files on my computer. I left it to run overnight (last I saw, it was at 10% complete). This morning, I had a black screen with movable cursor. I can restart and get to my log-in screen, but I only get a black screen when it tries to boot. The same thing happens in Safe Mode. I tried "Repair Your Computer" and chose Startup Repair, but it did not detect any problems.
