Custom Screen Resolution?

I've been trying to find a way to make custom screen resolutions but I haven't find a way that works for me. I have an Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150. I only get 2 choices of screen resolutions which are: 1024x600 and 800x600. When I'm playing sims 3, not everything fits the screen with both resolution. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. Any ways I can make a custom resolution?
Please help ASAP.
