Help clean computer - Won't Load Safe Mode

Hi,

My computer have been running really slow the last few days and I was trying to do my own trouble shooting. I tried to run combofix recommended by my internet provider, but it won't pass the part where it says creating restore point. I tried going to safe mode and it won't even do that. Can someone please help clean up my system.
