My tv is new, and it has no problems other than when I am watching torrents on it, it will shut off. Sometimes it will shut off every 10 seconds and other times it will turn off twice in an hour and a half. I have switched out the hdmi cords and still the same thing, I have tried a different input that previously worked fine and the same thing. I have a 55" LED smart tv, hooked directly up to my computer through hdmi, I also have a ps3 and cable box hooked up. How do I fix this problem, I have asked many people and have come up with nothing.

I only have enough info to make an educated guess, but I would think your TV is overheating and restarting. Most movies would be very compressed when uploaded to a torrent to save time and bandwidth. Decompressing these video requires a lot of horsepower, and your TV may not be up to the task. While it's likely the fault of something as simple as misplaced heat sink, I'd exchange it for another.
