Hi Gringo,

I did all that you wrote. Thank you again for all your help. I have a question, while at Revo uninstaller website. I saw you can do a driver scan to see if you need any upgrades for your drivers. Since the thinking my BSOD on my computer is outdated drivers, do you recommend I do the online scan?

Thanks, Silvia

My computer is quite the challenge. Maybe, I will just open a new topic for that. I have been to tech forum about the BSOD & some of it has to do with drivers but I got pretty overwhelm with delete this & upgrade this, even something about my bios. That's why I was asking about doing the driver scan when looking at the revo uninstaller.

Thanks,

Silvia

I do not trust those scans to be updated so it is best to open a topic with one of the techs here and if it gets to overwelming just ask them to explain it more clear
