Download and Run the McaFee Removal Tool.

Reboot your machine.


Now open a command prompt and copy and paste the following command into the CMD window hitting enter after.

DEL /F /S /Q /A "c:\program files\bittorrentcontrol_v12\prxtbbitt.dll"

Now type Exit in the Command Prompt.

Download this program and set it to run on the next reboot.

Ok open your windows system 32 folder by hitting the windows key and r at the same time then go to the drivers folder and right click and delete the drivers below. Then Reboot your machine.


Edit: type system32 into the run box and hit enter to open the folder.

You may need to do this from safemode.

You also still need to disable all items except Avast from start up with Ccleaner and reboot the machine. You seemed to have missed that step.

Ok please open Msconfig via the start search box and disable/un-check the items from there then reboot.

IE seems to lag also. Had to download Adobe Flash, but Mozilla seems to work fine. So....Chrome and IE lag, Mozilla doesnt
