Best Printer for Office. $200-$400?

My real estate office is in desperate need of a new printer. The one we're currently using, sucks. We print a lot of document pages, with small black and white pictures at the top. We need no color at all, just the ability to print reliably from multiple computers. I have no idea what to look for in a good printer, and my boss doesn't either. Any help/direction would be extremely appreciated!

Budget is $200-$400.

Edit: Oh, needs to be a fax/scanner! with a document feeder for fast scanning of large documents!
