When ZA blocked my access, I had to put my browser, the dialer, and the netscape url into the trusted programs list, before I could go online. I gave all three "trusted" status all the way across the board. "inetinfo" also had to go on the trusted list. I had a heckuva time getting ZA configured to work. It really does a good job once you figure out how to tell it what to do!
