Dual monitors

I am using an emachine w3507. I installed a Radeon hd2400 graphics card to run dual monitors. My issue is this: both monitors are connected; one(VGA), the other (via DVI adapter). I have 2 green lights. The VGA monitor works fine, but The "DVI" monitor is stuck showing the Dell "self test feature check". I have removed the graphics card and reinstalled it. Nothing. I have swapped monitors. The "VGA" port works with either monitor. The "DVI" port will not.Any suggestions?
