After completely formatting my system, and reinstalling windows XP sp2, I suddenly have two options when I'm booting, both windows XP. However, only one of them work. Where does the other one come from, and how do I remove it?

Cheers, Sune.

The official story:
http://support.micro...4&Product=winxp

And explained a bit better:
http://www.computerh...es/ch000492.htm

Back up the original boot.ini first before any changes are made. Back it up to a floppy disk if the system fails to work after editing the boot.ini file. You can than reboot and undo the changes, as will boot from the floppy.
