Internet is fine, super slow dl speed though itunes

I started dl'ing a movie in itunes 3 days ago and so far only 340kb has dl'd. I have checked with my isp that my internet is fine, no issues. I am running the most up to date itunes. I have ran test speeds on my wifi and 5000kbs or greater on a regular basis. I can dl other programs and stream other content fine. Nothing else seems to be effected. Checked my firewall, all is well there. I have tried to contact itunes with little to no help from them. Already got billed for the movie, I just want the darn thing complete already. Any advice?

Checkmark following boxes:

Flush DNS
Reset FF proxy Settings
Reset Ie Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)

Click Go and post the result.
